Recover the revenue your practice already earned
Every practice leaves money behind — old claims that aged out, underpayments no one caught, and claims written off as a loss. SuiteBilling goes back through that revenue and recovers what can still be collected.
Talk to us about revenue rescue
What we do
- Old-claim recovery — a focused effort to collect on aged claims that routine follow-up gave up on.
- Underpayment review — checking paid claims against expected reimbursement to catch payers that paid short.
- Write-off audit — reviewing written-off claims to find the ones that were recoverable all along.
How it works
SimplePractice files today’s claims; it never goes back for the ones that slipped away or were paid short. Revenue rescue is where those claims go — when they’ve aged past routine A/R management or been written off after denial resolution. Working inside your SimplePractice account, we audit the backlog, identify what’s still recoverable, and pursue it — turning abandoned balances back into collected revenue.
Why it matters
This is revenue you’ve already earned and already written off — recovering any of it is found money. A revenue rescue review is often where a new practice first sees what SuiteBilling can do. See the full revenue cycle for how we keep the leak from happening again.
FAQs
Can you really collect on claims we already wrote off?
Some written-off claims were recoverable and simply abandoned. A write-off audit identifies which ones still have a realistic path to payment and pursues them.
What is an underpayment review?
It’s a check of paid claims against expected reimbursement to find instances where a payer paid less than they should have — and then pursuing the difference.
Is this a one-time effort or ongoing?
It can be both — an initial recovery pass on your existing backlog, and ongoing review so aged and underpaid claims keep getting caught.
